We wanted Aussies to show Australians that a great outfit always starts with the right shoes.

Our campaign for Aquila brings this to life through a bold and striking visual story. The hero film follows a man getting ready for a night out, with his shoes taking centre stage as each part of his outfit comes together piece by piece… a clever metaphor for how style is built from the ground up.

Aquila. From The Ground Up

Directed by Cameron March, and produced by Chronicle Studios, every effect was done in-camera, with stunning stills by fashion photographer Issac Brown.

Aquila has been a proudly family-owned Australian brand for over 60 years, known for craftsmanship and confidence. This campaign reinforces Aquila's place not just as a heritage shoemaker but as a key player in modern Australian menswear, helping men put their best foot forward (literally and figuratively).

The integrated campaign rolled out across broadcast, digital, cinema, social and in-store, supported by a strong content suite designed to boost brand awareness and product consideration.
